book arrived on time. no marks inside, gently used, front cover bent corner. overall good

I order this text book form them and they said it would take three weeks to get it shipped to me. However, when I contacted them after the three weeks were up they said that they didn’t have the book when I ordered it. Fortunately, they refunded me my money, but I don’t think they would have if I had not sent a complaint about not having my book. And because they failed to notify me that they didn’t have the book I now don’t have enough time to get another book for my class and thus has added a lot of complication to my life.

This is the correct book for organic chem at UCSB, But it did take a month to get here. I wonder whether they publish the book one=by=one…on a per-order basis!

A simple book of organic labs. It shows what you need to do and other possiblilities of what you can expect of common mistakes and how to do it right. Not bad.
